Upcoming Panel: Five Steps to Building a Successful Major and Planned Gifts Program

As part of “Leave A Legacy” week, Patton McDowell will be moderating a panel on the best practices for getting big results in a planned giving program. The program will touch on a number of points and is perfect for everyone from the veteran planned giving officer to individuals just starting out.

Panelists include:

Linda Reynolds, Managing Director of Development, Marketing and Sales, Children’s Theatre of Charlotte, and winner of AFP Charlotte’s 2011 Outstanding Professional Fundraising Executive award.

Kimberly Mize, Director of Stewardship, Christ Episcopal Church, Charlotte. With Kimberly’s guidance Christ Church has reached almost 100 estate gift commitments in a year and a half years.

Peter Flur, President and CEO of Sniglets, Inc., long-standing Children’s Theatre board member and chair of the Theatre’s major gifts effort.
