Campaign Feasibility & Management

Service Description

Major campaigns are critical initiatives for any nonprofit organization. Whether an awareness effort, project-based funding drive or full-scale capital campaign, an organization must determine if its goals are feasible and structure a platform for success. The complexities of the current economy require nonprofits to be well-informed and holistic in their campaign planning.

PMA can assess the viability of campaign goals, design and review collateral materials and communication systems and build a staff and volunteer infrastructure that will best support campaign. PMA can also aid in the implementation of campaigns, working alongside an organization’s staff to help ensure objectives are met.

Testimonial

“We teamed with Patton and his associates to boost our annual fund numbers with a redesigned program.  It was such a success we asked them to work with us on our capital campaign launched in conjunction with our 175th anniversary.

The PMA team has provided consistent counsel that has made measurable difference as we’ve built a foundation for campaign.  It’s an early winner!”
