PMA Welcomes New Consultants
PMA Consulting is excited to welcome Mike Blackwelder and Penny Hawkins as new consultants to the team. Mike and Penny will work closely with nonprofit clients to strengthen organizational capacity and maximize their resources.

Prior to joining PMA, Penny held leadership development positions at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center Foundation, KinderMourn, and Council for Children’s Rights. In her most recent role with Novant Health, she served as the Development Program Manager of the Children’s and Women’s Service Lines.
Mike has an extensive background in a variety of fundraising strategies, as well as significant experience with management, strategic planning, communications, and nonprofit administration. He most recently served as Chief Advancement Officer at Safe Alliance, managing a team of development staff, and leading the agency’s fundraising, marketing, volunteer, and advocacy efforts.
